Hey Everyone! I'm Brad the Founder and Lead Instructor of CRW Training Group, a company dedicated to providing specialized training in firearms, tactical medicine, and safety for law enforcement, military, and civilians. With 8 years of military experience in the British Armed Forces and a deep-rooted passion for serving and protecting others, I have brought my expertise, passion and commitment to the United States, where I have built a new life and business. As a retired Special forces Medic with extensive experience in combat medicine, security, firearms and threat assessment. I have crafted a company focused on practical, life-saving skills, grounded in realism and precision.

CRW Training offers hands-on courses that blend shooting skills, situational awareness and decision making. My team of special forces veterans are committed to enhancing the safety and effectiveness of law abiding citizens, by prioritizing life-saving techniques, and fostering strong community relationships.

CRW's mission of improving officer and civilian safety, allows me to continue to push the boundaries, while offering training that prepares people for the most demanding real-world scenarios.
