These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [www.crw-trg.com], any subdomains, online store, booking systems, and all services, courses, and products offered through the Site.

 

By using this website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

3. Eligibility

 

You must be 18 years or older to use this website, make a purchase, or enroll in any course.

By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

 

4. Training Courses and Bookings

a. Course Registration

​

By registering for a course, you agree to:

 

  • Provide accurate personal information

  • Comply with all safety, legal, and course participation requirements

  • Follow all range, safety, and instructor directions during training

b. Payments & Fees

​

b.1 No Refund Policy

All payments made toward the course are non-refundable. This includes the registration fee, range day fee, and any other associated costs. Once payment issubmitted, it is final. This policy is strictly enforced, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-attendance.

 

b.2 Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled Range Day, you may request to reschedule no less than 48 hours prior to your booked range date.

  • A $35 rescheduling fee may apply.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your scheduled range day will not be accepted, and your registration will be forfeited without refund.

  • Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

  • Courses operate on a first come, first served basis, and seats are limited.

 

b.3 Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Failure to attend your scheduled Range Day without prior communication and payment of the rescheduling fee will be considered a no-show. No-shows will forfeit their seat and payment, with no option for rescheduling or refund.

 

b.4. Limited Class Sizes

  • Our classes are capped to maintain a high standard of instruction and safety.

  • When you register, a seat is reserved for you, and resources are allocated accordingly. Late cancellations, no-shows, and short-notice reschedules not only disrupt planning but also prevent other students from attending. Please be respectful of this policy and plan accordingly.

 

b.5. Emergencies

  • We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. While we are not obligated to make exceptions, we may do so on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, with documentation required.

  • All students must follow safety rules and instructor guidelines during the course.

 

b.6 No-Show Policy:

  • Students who do not attend their scheduled range day and fail to provide notice within the required timeframe will forfeit their payment and fail the course and will have to pay the course fee again.

 

c. Cancellations or Changes

CRW Consulting, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to safety, weather, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a course credit toward a future class.

5. Health, Safety, and Liability Waiver

​

All participants acknowledge that firearms and tactical training involve inherent risks.

By enrolling in any CRW Consulting, LLC course or event, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release and hold harmless CRW Consulting, its instructors, affiliates, and partners from any claims of injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.

 

You may be required to sign an additional waiver and release form prior to training.

6. Merchandise, Products, and Online Store

​

a. Orders

​

All merchandise sales are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors or stock issues.

b. Pricing

​

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

c. Shipping & Delivery

​

We aim to process orders promptly; however, shipping times may vary based on location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

​

d. Returns & Refunds

​

All training-related deposits are non-refundable.

For merchandise, returns may be accepted only for defective or damaged items within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

7. Loyalty Programs and Promotions

​

CRW Consulting may offer loyalty rewards, discount codes, or referral bonuses through platforms such as TapMango or Wix Loyalty.

Such promotions are subject to change or cancellation at any time.

Abuse of loyalty systems, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent use will result in termination of rewards and possible account suspension.
