Bradley's Training Philosophy
Bradley Willis founded CRW Training Group with one mission — to raise the standard of civilian and professional readiness. Drawing from over a decade of combined military and security experience, including service in the British Armed Forces and years of private tactical instruction, Brad built CRW on the principles of realism, discipline, and purpose. His philosophy is simple: Training should prepare you for real life, not just the range. Every course is designed to develop critical thinking, composure under pressure, and the confidence to protect yourself and others. CRW exists because Brad believes that skill, mindset, and readiness aren’t reserved for soldiers — they’re responsibilities for anyone serious about survival.
